The Skipper/Captain, Phillip Liberson, is a Licensed international OceanMaster, certified to sail up to 200 gross TONS.  Phillip will do boat deliveries anywhere in the world - small or large.

Captain Phil’s specialty is SAIL although he will do power boats as well.  Phillip has his STCW95 - and he has done Transatlantic crossings, as well as extensive sailing in the Caribbean and the Mediterranean - with over 70,000 miles logged.  He is available at a moment's notice and is also available for BOAT MANAGEMENT.

  • Long range radio telephone operator certificate.

  • Training/Fire Prevention at Sea

  • Medical first aid aboard ship

  • Elementary First Aid

  • Sea Survival

  • PowerBoat Certificate

  • Diesel Engine Course

 

 Most important - Phillip is himself a very responsible boat owner - of both a 44 foot bluewater sailboat (the last time he took out his boat, he sailed OVER 8,000 miles) and a small power boat.

 

Phillip lives in Fort Lauderdale, FL USA.
